This 8-week nutrition course is designed to help you achieve a better understanding of what a healthy balanced diet consists of, considering your dietary preferences. These sessions will provide you with the knowledge to make informed food choices to achieve results, whether for fat loss, strength or longevity. You'll receive guidance on understanding macro’s, nutritional labelling, food prep, meal planning, portion control, and nutrient balance - all tailored around your budget & lifestyle. Great for busy families, students or the busy professional all looking to make a healthier change.
If weight loss is your goal, and you are struggling with finding the motivation to exercise, maybe it’s time to try a different approach, one that also focuses on behaviour and lifestyle changes. This 12-week program addresses the four key pillars of health (Sleep, Stress & burnout, Nutrition, Physical movement). This new whole holistic approach will not only lead to inches loss around the waist, but also boost your mood and improve your energy levels. As your coach, I will be there to support and give ongoing guidance outside of our sessions to encourage sustainable habits, overcome obstacles, and achieve your goals with confidence. You will also be given direct access to the Pro-coach App to support you throughout the course. These 60min sessions are available on a 1:1 basis or in a group format (max 4). They are available online or offline or a combination of both.
